Watt Meter
A measuring device that can measure the total power of all loads in a circuit or the power of individual loads is called a watt meter.
What amount of power do electrical loads consume? And what is the amount of production. A watt meter is used to directly measure the efficiency of a circuit.
ওয়াট মিটার
যে পরিমাপক যন্ত্রের সাহায্যে সার্কিটের সকল লোডের মোট শক্তি বা পৃথক লোডের শক্তি পরিমাপ করা যায় তাকে ওয়াট মিটার বলে ।
বৈদ্যুতিক লোডগুলি কি পরিমান পাওয়ার গ্রহন করে। এবং উৎপাদন কি পরিমান হচ্ছে । সার্কিটের কার্যক্ষমতা পরিমান সরাসরি যানার জন্য ওয়াট মিটার ব্যবহার করা হয় ।

১) ডায়নামোমিটার টাইপ ( এসি ও ডিসি সাপ্লাইয়ের জন্য ) ওয়াট মিটার
২) ইলেকট্রোস্ট্যাটিক টাইপ ( এসি ও ডিসি সাপ্লাইয়ের জন্য ) ওয়াট মিটার
৩) ইন্ডাকশন টাইপ ( এসি জন্য ) ওয়াট মিটার

Method of connecting watt meter
Watt meter has four terminals, two terminal voltage coil is called pressure coil and other two current coil. Before connecting the meter, check and mark the terminals of current coil and voltage coil. The coil whose resistance is high is called voltage coil and the coil whose resistance is low is called current coil. By connecting one end of the current coil and one end of the voltage coil together, the load must be connected in series with the current coil. Again, one end of the voltage coil should be connected in parallel. The wattmeter has to be connected in this connection method. It is shown in the figure below.
ওয়াট মিটার সংযোগ করার পদ্ধতি
ওয়াট মিটারের চারটি টার্মিনাল থাকে , দুইটি টার্মিনাল ভোল্টেজ কয়েল একে আবার প্রেসার কয়েল বলা হয় অপর দুইটি কারেন্ট কয়েল । মিটার কানেকশন করার আগেই চেক করে চিহ্নিত করতে হবে কারেন্ট কয়েল এবং ভোল্টেজ কয়েলের টার্মিনাল । যে কয়েলের রেজিস্ট্যান্স বেশি সেটা ভোল্টেজ কয়েল আবার যে কয়েল রেজিস্ট্যান্স কম সেটি কারেন্ট কয়েল বলে । কারেন্ট কয়েলের এক প্রান্ত এবং ভোল্টেজ কয়েলের এক প্রান্ত একত্রে করে , কারেন্ট কয়েলের সাথে লোডটিকে সিরিজে কানেকশন করতে হবে । আবার ভোল্টেজ কয়েলের এক প্রান্ত প্যারালাল ভাবে কানেশন করে নিতে হবে । এই কানেকশন পদ্ধতিতেই ওয়াট্মিটার সংযোগ করতে হয় । নিচে চিত্রের মাধ্যমে দেখানো হল ।
